Last week Mike showed us the the Web-Based Courses from our Province. I found this very useful and was baffled that I hadn't been shown this yet. This resourse is extremely useful and provides simple and settled pre-packaged lessons for free. Thank you Mike, I will tweek and use this.

I agree, I was surprised at the amount of courses that are offered through distance education. This is definitely something I will look at for resources and possibly look to teach some of the courses after school as an extra credit. The course I had in mind for an after school course was the digital photography. So many students have digital cameras and I'm sure the students would be motivated to learn about all the different things they could do with them. Its something I find interesting and I hope my students will too.
